Neil, the Service Delivery Manager for Knowledgedoc, excels as chief technical writer of our team to deliver excellent service for our customers.

Neil has a degree in Science and a Graduate Diploma in Computing, a strong critical mind, a focus on detail and high level experience as an IT Project Manager and Analyst Programmer in many blue chip corporations. Neil makes the most complex documentation project a breeze, filtering and distilling a wide range of data into streamlined, logical and concise documentation.

Senior Consultant

Sue is the Senior Consultant of the Knowledgedoc team. Sue works as a senior writer on technical writing projects for Knowledgedoc as well as producing business continuity plans and performing business process analysis for companies.

Sue has over 35 years of experience in technical writing and IT technical support, programming and operations. With the solid backing of an honours degree in pure maths and a Graduate Diploma in Computing, and vast experience writing documentation for many different types of organisations, Sue can walk into a complex environment, rapidly identify documentation needs and hold a clear project vision through to the end. Sue has spent the last three years working in the business continuity field at ESTA, the triple zero service for Victoria, performing business impact analyses and producing BC plans, contingency procedures, disaster recovery plans, crisis management plans and BC policy documents.

Richard Kennedy Richard Kennedy
Technical Writer

Richard has four years of technical writing experience across a diverse array of content. He has worked at Knowledgedoc since January 2014 and has already assisted with several key projects.

He recently completed a Masters of Publishing and Communication degree at Melbourne University and also holds Postgraduate Diploma of Professional Writing and Bachelor of Arts qualifications from Deakin University. With an eye for detail and a commitment to hard work, Richard ensures every project is completed to the highest possible standard.

Technical Writer/Web Developer

Rachel is responsible for development of Knowledgedoc's web application KdAssist as well as assisting on writing projects as required. Rachel also specialises in writing documentation for clients in the engineering industry.

In 2013 Rachel graduated from a double degree in science and chemical engineering from Monash University. Rachel has the ability to understand difficult technical information and distill it into written information anyone can understand.
